Services and Capabilities
Technical Advisors
Experienced advisors can be deployed strategically to support technical discussions and witness test activities, or on a full-time basis to augment your existing project team. Dedicated Bryant technical advisors have assisted airline customers by:
- Conducting root cause analysis of key IFE hardware units to determine possible points of failure.
- Performing BIT/BITE analysis to identify trends in IFE system performance.
- Providing technical expertise during preliminary hardware design activities.
Project Management
Bryant employs a sound project management methodology that is based upon 12 years of experience in the IFE industry and backed by an ISO 17024 certification process. Our experienced project managers can be strategically placed to provide leadreship in critical areas or act as advisors to your existing team.
Risk Management
Bryant can reduce uncertainty throughout the project life cycle by implementing an ANSI-approved risk management strategy that will aid in risk identification, analysis and the development of proactive risk response strategies. Bryant can facilitate initial risk identification sessions, as well as perform risk audits and risk reassessment activities.
RTCA DO-160E Testing
The RTCA DO-160E standard defines test procedures designed to evaluate performance characteristics of airborne electronics in conditions simulating actual flight operations. Bryant Avionics is qualified to conduct software and hardware testing in compliance with the RTCA DO-160E standard.
Non-Advocate Review
An independent review of ongoing projects and programs can be conducted by a Bryant Avionics Non-Advocate Review (NAR) team - consisting of experts in avionics, in-flight entertainment and software engineering. Reviews may be conducted as part of the project lifecycle to assess preliminary design, implementation plans or final implementation documentation, or they may act as an audit function on completed or troubled projects.
Flight Observation
Experienced Bryant flight observers can provide comprehensive feedback on the success of IFE hardware and software upgrades, relieving cabin crew of reporting responsibilities.
